Energy & Wellbeing
A challenge for many leaders today is managing energy levels. Reiki is a wellbeing practice, originating from Japan, which promotes energy flow, builds resilience, and helps connect to inner creativity and intuition.
As a reiki master, Tracy offers remote sessions and is on hand to guide clients looking for dedicated energy support.

Tracy De Groose
CEO, Leadership Coach, Energy Practitioner.
A 30 year career in the creative industries, as a strategist, managing director, CEO and Chair, means Tracy comes armed with a breadth of leadership experience, strategic agility and empathetic insight.
Tracy recognised the importance of diverse teams early on, developing a leadership style that prioritises consultation and collaboration. During her executive career, simple, strategic storytelling, combined with a people-first mindset and outcome focus, delivered exceptional performance in teams of 30, 4,000 and an industry of 50,000.
Tracy set up Brilliant Misfits, to support the next generation of trailblazing leaders find their voice and unique style. Tracy blends different modalities including positive psychology, NLP, and mindfulness. Tracy brings real world insights and a breadth of tools and techniques from 20 years of her own coaching experiences.
Tracy sees wellbeing as an asset to be actively managed and qualified as reiki master in 2020. Tracy works with individual clients to manage energy levels, build resilience and go deeper into the creative self.
Andy De Groose
Entrepreneur, Creative Leadership Coach.
Andy has a strong track record of launching, building and selling digital businesses, leading creative agencies and designing technology solutions for clients.
Not afraid to tread the path less travelled, Andy quit corporate life to take a different role as a consultant and stay-at-home dad. During that time, Andy helped build a successful pub business and founded Dulwich Gin, a boutique gin brand conceived and distilled in South London.
Alongside an entrepreneurial career, Andy is a certified coach (AOEC), a NED for three different creative start-ups, and an investor in a number of technology businesses. In late 2020, in partnership with his wife Tracy, Andy founded Brilliant Misfits, to support people and teams wanting to make a difference in the world. He believes in listening first, leading from the back and that creativity makes the difference.
Andy is a partner in award-winning culture change business, Utopia. They help clients around the world create inclusive, healthy and entrepreneurial workplaces.
Silas Amos
Creative Director, Creativity Coach.
Thinks in pictures, talks in plain English.
Silas is a designer and creative strategist. Because he practices both roles, he can offer ‘parallel thinking’ so your strategy and activation will seamlessly join up and nothing gets lost in translation. He helps figure out how design can inform and build the big idea, and vice versa.
Silas cut his teeth over 25 years ago with design agency jkr, leading projects for Unilever, Heinz and AB InBev. He led the design strategy for the global revamp of Budweiser, named ‘brand re-design of the decade’ by Fast Co.
He left his role as global director of strategy at jkr in 2015, to set up his own practice and to get his hands dirty again, as he missed drawing as well as thinking.
With his own studio he has led design projects for eve sleep, Sony, Skin & Me and Hewlett Packard among others, collaborating with some brilliant misfits throughout the creative industries.
